Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Today I wanted a snack, so I decided to whip up some oven fries. I just made one serving because I am sad and lonely, but you can definitely scale the recipe to make more. That’s if you actually have friends, unlike me… But, the fries turned out really good. A little bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. YUM.

OVEN BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES

USE THIS SHIT,

ASSHOLE:

1 potato, sweet potatoes or regular Idaho potatoes work fine
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
A shit ton of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

PLEASE TRY TO DO THIS:

Preheat yer oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then chop up your potato to whatever size fries you prefer. I like mine about 1/4 inch thick. Then toss those potato slices in a large bowl with all your other ingredients. Easy, right? Feel free to add any other spices you are feelin. I really like rosemary with regular potatoes. Then arrange your oily potato slices on a greased baking sheet. I just brushed a little bit more vegetable oil on the bottom but you could also just use nonstick cooking spray. Bake these puppies for about 8 mins on each side. And bake them to whatever level of doneness you prefer. Get it? Do whatever you want. Snack up, bitches!
