I gave this recipe another shot since it turned out so well the first time, and well, they turned out even better. This time I used bacon instead of ground beef; fatty, salty, baby piglet flesh. Bacon is my shit. I followed the same basic recipe again, however, this time instead of putting the meat at the bottom of the muffin cups, I just mixed everything together. They came out perfect. Mmm BACON. My mouth is watering thinking about these sitting in my fridge. This is definitely a super versatile recipe that you can cater to whatever you are in the mood for. I think my next batch might involve mushrooms, peppers, and sausage.
