THESE COOKIES ARE THE SHIT. This recipe is just from the back of the bag of Reese’s peanut butter chips that you can buy at most grocery stores. It is hands down one of my favorite recipes. These are always a huge hit at parties and disappear from my office kitchen in a matter of minutes. So, you should probably make them. BAKE ON, BITCHES!
REESE’S CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 cups butter, softened (2 and 1/2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 and 2/3 cups peanut butter chips (1 10 oz. bag)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add in flour mixture, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto and un-greased cookies sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. The cookies will appear soft when they are finished. (LEAVE THEM SOFT, THEY ARE PERFECT)
