First of all, THESE ARE SO EASY TO MAKE. Second of all, kale is one of the healthiest vegetables around. Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, and vitamin A (Check out the full nutrition facts, here). These “chips” are a great way to quickly prepare this superfood. Plus, if you have a taste for potato chips, these will satisfy the salty crunch that you are craving.
I gave this recipe another shot since it turned out so well the first time, and well, they turned out even better. This time I used bacon instead of ground beef; fatty, salty, baby piglet flesh. Bacon is my shit. (more…)
Today I wanted a snack, so I decided to whip up some oven fries. I just made one serving because I am sad and lonely, but you can definitely scale the recipe to make more. That’s if you actually have friends, unlike me… But, the fries turned out really good. A little bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. YUM.
