I have recently turned to Instagram for fitness motivation, workout ideas, and new healthy recipes. Low and behold, I came across this recipe, and since I had a few lemons in my fridge and a huge bag of chia seeds, I decided to give it a try. I ALWAYS keep chia seeds around. They are fantastic added to applesauce, in granola, and made into pudding! Like this Pumpkin Chia Pudding, and this Coconut Banana Chia Pudding. These cookies turned out AMAZING! (more…)
I totally have OCD and I am so bothered that the jars aren’t even. So sorry. I didn’t notice until after I cleaned up my kitchen. I can’t even look at it!
Today I had 3, very sad, nearly overripe bananas sitting in my kitchen fruit bowl. I decided to put them out of their brown mushy misery. So, I decided to make some chia pudding since my breakfast food stash was looking slim. I just threw together a few things, so this recipe turned out super simple, but delicious! Yes please. I WIN!
So, first let me say that I am IN LOVE with Juli Bauer”s blog, PaleOMG. Like, really really in love. I do not follow a paleo diet (also known as the “caveman diet,” click here for more info on it). However, I do agree with one of the main underlying principles of the paleo diet, and that is to avoid processed foods. It’s simple, processed foods are shitty for you. (more…)
